0/1-10V control for dimming light
1-10V alternatively 0-10V interface is a simple conventional solution for control or dimming of LED lighting. Here the devices are provided with a corresponding control input.
1-10V stands for a dimming behavior of 10% - 100% proportional to the voltage, while with 0-10V an input voltage of almost 0V switches the corresponding control gear off or into standby.
Compared to the well known phase angle dimming it offers the advantage of a larger and flicker free control range.
